The BOOST Payout Pool

The Upspace Boost Payout Pool works exactly the same way as the Base Payout Pool, except it is only for those eligible, and it comes entirely from an additional Upspace Boost Investment.

If eligible, you get access to this Boost Pool in addition to the Base Payout Pool.

For simplicity's sake, it is essentially a multiple of your earnings from the Base Payout Pool. If this multiple ever changes, up or down, you will be notified before the start of the next month so you can decide if you want to attempt to be eligible for the Boost Payout Pool.

To quickly calculate, simply multiply the Boost Multiple by your Base Earnings to get what your Boost Earnings would be.

Let's Define Terms:

Per Member Contribution = member revenue share + Upspace investment
- Currently: $12 + $24 = $36
Boost Multiple = the amount we will multiply the per member contribution by to get the Upspace Boost Investment
- Currently: 1×
- Note: you can use this multiplier to calculate your boost creators earnings from your base standard earnings if you were eligible
Upspace Boost Investment = the amount we invest into boost payout pool per member = Boost multiple × per member contribution
- Currently: 1 × $36 = $36
Total Boost Payout Pool Potential = this is the total potential boost payout pool but it depends how many creators are eligible at end of the month = Upspace Boost Investment × total # of members
- Currently: $36 x 700 = $24,000
Boost Earnings Per Member = a creators earning per member from the boost payout pool = Base Earnings Per Member × Boost Multiple
- Note: A creator only earns from members who complete their activities in that given month
- Ex. Member A completes 30 activities and 15 were from you, the creator.
  - Boost earnings per member = [ (15 ÷ 30) × $36 ] × 1 = $18
Boost Creator Earnings = the sum of all a creators Boost earnings per member from the members that completed their activities.
Total Boost Payout Pool = the sum of the boost creator earnings from all eligible creators
- Note: any excess between potential and final will be reinvested into one of the following - base payout pool, boost payout pool, surprise bonuses to creators for high quality & commitment, other growth initiatives

Boost Eligibility Requirements

4 Instagram accepted collaborations per month with @upspaceapp
- Must be high quality - good message, well made, clear, good video/image and audio
- Must be aligned with the mission to boost collective health - the posts helps people level up their health
- Must have CTA to your Upspace in the video or caption
- At least one per month must be specifically about Upspace
- It can be a reel or carousal
- Note: We do not accept from accounts with spam followers or commenters
8 Instagram stories per month with a CTA to your Upspace
- Must tag @upspaceapp
- Must have a link to Upspace - your profile, an activity, playlist, or the app store directly

Summary

The Boost Payout Pool is designed to reward the creators who bring new members in because that is a win for all other creators, the members who join, and the Upspace mission.

It works exactly how the Base Payout Pool works, except it is only for creators who are eligible, and the payout comes entirely from the Upspace Boost Investment.

To be eligible, a creator must collaborate with us on Instagram 4x per month, post 8 stories with a CTA to Upspace per month, and have their Upspace profile link in their Instagram bio.
